IS THERE A LIMIT ON HOW MANY I CAN BUY?

There is no limit on how much you can buy, however there is a limit of how much there is in stock! Everything is first come first serve.

DO YOU TAKE COMMISSIONS?

Currently I am are not taking commissions, but you are welcome to email me at olly@ollybits.com for future commissions and partnerships. 

DO YOU DO WHOLESALES?

Yes I do! You can visit my wholesale store at Faire! Not all items are uploaded on there, so please reach out via email if you would like to do wholesale unlisted items. :)

PREORDER PROCESS
I PREORDERED, WHAT NOW?

CHARMS: Preorders available the moment my manufacturer tells me that the products are in post-production. That way, I avoid issues of “We could not make these items”. The manufacturer is in UK. The time it takes between Production, Post Production, Shipment, and to Delivery can take 3-4 Weeks. After I receive the merchandise, I hand assemble the charms together with the straps and package them individually. I’m a one-person team! Orders will be shipped based on date of purchase.

The manufacturer is in China. The time it takes between Production, Post Production, Shipment, and to Delivery can take 4-6 Weeks. After I receive the merchandise, I hand assemble the packaging individually. I’m a one-person team! Orders will be shipped based on date of purchase.

POSTERS/PRINTS: Preorders are available for a 2 week span with a limited supply. During this time, my manufacturer prints the posters and mails them to me. Orders will be shipped based on date of purchase.

WHAT ABOUT ITEMS THAT ARE LIVE?

Packages are shipped from San Francisco, CA via USPS. Items that are currently in stock, and not preorders, are sent within 3 business days after the sale date. Domestic orders take about 3-5 business days from the shipping date to arrive. International orders can take about 7-14+ business days from the shipping date to arrive, but could take longer depending on the destination. Please be advised for international orders that it may also take a few extra days for the customs process.

 

SHIPPING
SHIPPING

We ship world wide via USPS from San Francisco, California. Shipments are usually sent within 5-10 business days. All domestic shipments include online tracking. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update on the USPS website. Packages are packed with care and we have no control over how the shipping courier may handle your package.

Please ensure you have the correct shipping address prior to checking out. Our system is automated and we will be unable to make any changes after an order has been placed. Thanks!

SHIPPING PRICES

Shipping ranges from $1 - $8, depending on merchandise

Free shipping on orders of $60+ within the US 48 States.

Shipping rate is calculated from merchandise subtotal (less discounts, if applicable). Promotion not valid on international shipments. International Orders

All international orders are shipped via USPS. They will be mailed with Global Priority Mail. It will take 7-14 business days, not counting clearing your country's customs which can take up to 60 days.

Customs Fees/Duties/VAT

Please be aware that you may be responsible for additional customs fees, duties, or VAT charged during the process of delivering your order. These fees are controlled by government authorities in your home country and can vary from area to area. Unfortunately, we can not accept any requests to change the value of any order.  In accordance to our laws, the actual amount paid will be entered onto the shipping label. Please check your local customs for exact charges prior to purchasing from our store. 

HOW ARE THE CHARMS SHIPPED?

Charms are packaged in a clear 3 x 4 inch resealable bag. Individual orders will be put into a Poly Bubble Mailer Envelope. Bigger orders will be sent in a bigger mailer envelope or a box!

HOW ARE THE ENAMEL PINS SHIPPED?

Enamel pins are packaged in a clear 3 x 4 inch resealable bag. Individual orders will be put into a Poly Bubble Mailer Envelope. Bigger orders will be sent in a bigger mailer envelope or a box!

HOW ARE THE STICKERS SHIPPED?

Stickers are packaged in a clear 3 x 4 inch resealable bag. If the order has multiple items such as charms or prints, they will be put into a Poly Bubble Mailer Envelope or a box!

HOW ARE THE POSTERS PRINTS SHIPPED?

All poster prints are shipped in a mailer tube.

HOW ARE THE PRINTS/POSTCARDS SHIPPED?

All prints are shipping in a Poly Bubble Mailer Envelope with a backing to prevent bending or through a flat box.

HOW ARE THE PIXEL ART PAINTINGS SHIPPED?

All pixel art paintings are sprayed with a protective coat to keep paint from being scratched and losing its color over time. Based on the size of the canvas, they will be shipping in a variety of box sizes. I try to find a good sized box that will allow wiggle room but not too much that the canvas will bump everywhere. I bubble wrap the canvas all over and put into a box with wiggle space.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You’ll be contacted via email of your tracking number once the order is in transit through USPS! Check your spam folder if you did not receive shipping notice and tracking number! Orders with only stickers will not have any tracking, SORRY!

 

MISC
WHAT DO I DO IF MY POSTERS ARRIVE DAMAGED?

Let’s chat! Sometimes these things happen. If your print arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days from the package arrival and we'll send you a replacement free of charge. Please send photos of the damages so that we can file an insurance claim with USPS.

WHAT IF MY CHARM IS DAMAGED?

- If you notice there are obvious marks in the details that should not be there when you get your charm, let us know within 7 days of the charm arriving! Please send photos of the damages as well. Or visit me at a show for an exchange :)

- I also offer options of keychains in case you prefer it over the straps. 

CAN I PICK UP LOCALLY OR AT A SHOW?

I offer pick-ups on special conditions and at pop-up shows ONLY. I do not do drop-off/pick-ups outside of shows. :( Please follow on Twitter or Instagram for the latest updates on where I am! I'M USUALLY SOMEWHERE EVERY MONTH! Email me to coordinate!
